The land acquired for this project is a 435 perch highland with about 130 Mtr road front and located in Mahara electorate in Mahara Pradesiya Sabha administration. It is only 15 km from Colombo and located in highly residential area.

Kandy road is the route No 1 of the country and almost all the provinces north of Colombo have to use this road to come to the capital. Although the main market places are Kadawatha and Kiribathgoda these two cities have already become congested and market places are widening along Kandy road towards Kirillawala. Furthermore the outer circular road connecting Southern Expressway, Kandy Expressway and Katunayake Expressway will go through this area and the main entrance to Kandy Expressway for traffic from Colombo will be located within a couple of kms.

Accordingly Kirillawala has the best prospects for next town to develop. Furthermore Colombo Kandy road has round the clock business unlike most of other roads in the country. Realizing this demand in the future formulated this project where it will have a six storied commercial complex with 460 shops and three apartment blocks with 100 apartments.

This land is only 15 km from Colombo and also on the Colombo-Kandy highway with 24 hour public transport. All those towns around such as Kadawatha, Ganemulla, Weliweriya, Belummahara are enjoying good business as whole area is populated and demand for housing is ever increasing. Furthermore the intersection of outer circular ring road connecting all three expressways and gateway to proposed Kandy Expressway will speedup the urbanizing the area. Hence it would be ideal location for urban settlers.

There will be a mix of apartment with single, double and three bedrooms. All apartments will have dedicated car park in basement, 24 hour security and all other common facilities.
